Meet our Clinical Assistant, Hailey!

She plays an important role in helping create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient, working closely with the doctors to bring beautiful, confident smiles to life.

Hailey is passionate about orthodontics and truly enjoys being part of each patient’s smile journey. With a gentle approach, she strives to make every patient feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Hailey takes pride in helping patients build confidence in their smiles while providing exceptional care and support every step of the way.

Being part of the Patel Family Orthodontics team is something Hailey values deeply. She enjoys working alongside Drs. Jaanki and Shivani, whose compassion and commitment to excellence inspire her every day. Hailey finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that makes such a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

Outside of the office, Hailey loves staying active and spending time outdoors whenever she can. She enjoys playing pickleball, catching the latest movies, and making the most of her time with friends and family. Whether she’s out enjoying a sunny day or relaxing with loved ones, Hailey values creating meaningful moments and maintaining a fun, balanced lifestyle.

Meet our Clinical Assistant, Ashley! Ashley, a native of Houston, commenced her career as a dental assistant in 2006. Her specialization in orthodontics was introduced in 2009. She derives immense satisfaction from cultivating rapport with her patients during each visit. Her primary objective is to enhance the smiles of her patients.

Ashley aspires to establish a serene and comfortable environment, ensuring that each individual experiences a positive dental visit.

She expresses profound gratitude for her position at Patel Family Orthodontics. “The entire team is exceptional and collaborates effectively to provide the most exceptional experience for our patients. It is an honor to work alongside both Dr. Jaanki and Dr. Shivani, who prioritize the well-being of our team and our patients.”

In her personal life, Ashley is a devoted wife and dog mom. During her leisure time, she engages in outdoor activities such as camping, enjoys spending time at rivers and beaches with her family and friends. Indulges in watching movies and television shows and playing games on her Nintendo switch.

Additionally, she cherishes quality time with her husband through weekly date nights and attending games of the Houston Astros.

Meet our Front End Specialist, Cristina! She is a warm and welcoming presence who helps ensure every patient experience starts off smoothly and positively.Cristina brings over six years of front-end experience and, while she is newer to the orthodontic field, she has quickly grown to love it. She truly enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and their families and takes pride in playing a role in making each visit feel personal and unique. She is proud to be part of a team that helps transform smiles and build confidence.

A Texas native, Cristina has lived in Texas her whole life and has developed a love for traveling and exploring new places around the world. She is a proud wife and dog mom who values quality time with both her family and her four-legged companion.

In her free time, Cristina loves staying active and exploring a variety of fitness activities, including running, hot yoga sculpt, Pilates, barre, and strength training at the gym. Outside of fitness, she enjoys cooking, trying new coffee shops (especially ones that offer pup cups for her dog), and indulging in a little retail therapy. She also cherishes spending time with her husband, going on walks, and making meaningful memories with her family, who are incredibly important to her.Cristina brings positive energy, dedication, and a genuine passion for connecting with others to her role, helping create a friendly and supportive environment for everyone she meets.

Meet our Front End Coordinator, Kristen! She is the warm and friendly voice you hear on the phone and is the first smiling face to greet you at the door!

Kristen grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to the Katy/Houston area in 2014 with her husband and young children. She values her roles as wife and mother of five kiddos and one fur baby. Currently her children are high school and middle school students and they keep her busy with sports, band, choir and a multitude of other activities. As a family, they love going to the movies, having game nights, and cooking together. They also enjoy road trips and exploring all there is to see in Texas. Family time is the best time! In her occasional spare time, Kristen loves to be crafty.

Working in Orthodontics quickly became a passion for Kristen more than 25 years ago and she considers herself fortunate to have worked with an amazing and dynamic team early on who introduced her to the joys and benefits of this dental specialty. She feels it a privilege to be a part of a field that focuses on creating healthy and beautiful smiles, as well as witnessing the profound impact that orthodontic treatment can have in others’ lives.

Kristen feels the best thing about being a part of the Patel Family Orthodontics team is working with Drs.
